Ducts Installed by Dingleberries in Palo Alto, December, 2021

I was called out to a lovely Palo Alto home recently to figure out why the home was cold but the costs were high. Three poorly installed/maintained HVAC duct lines, including one that hit a gas pipe for three gas leaks, a really poor insulation job and large gaps at the front door mean one thing, it's time to call an Energy Auditor to set it straight.
