Not Cool in Novato. August 18, 2021

This homeowner called me out for a consulation about home comfort and high bills. They were hot upstairs in the summer, which was an easy assessment to make and a relatively easy fix with proper insulation and air sealing, and solar power for the high (but lower) bills. They were pretty upset to find a gas leak at the meter though.
